Code of Conduct

Miskolc Enterprise, S.L.  Board and management believe in the necessity of sound integrity and ethical values in the workplace. To ensure that these values are maintained and to establish sound corporate governance at all levels of the Corporation, Miskolc Enterprise, S.L.  directors and management have instituted a framework that includes the production and circulation of the Code of Business Conduct and measures for its enforcement, such as on-line training. Miskolc Enterprise, S.L.  maintains and regularly updates its Code of Business Conduct, which is applicable to all employees and long-term contractors. Employees and long-term contractors are required to complete training on the Code of Business Conduct as well as periodic training in other areas applicable to specific business units.
