On that date the Buyer sign the contract of purchase (SPA).

On 16 March 2009, Lloyd's with us the following information:

The ‘Jag Lok departed form the United Arab emirates on 7th march. The vessel was last picked up on AIS today, 16th March, at 07.04 in pa position about 250 miles form Galle, Sri Lanka, making 13.4 knots on course of 91 degrees. Destination has not been disclosed.

The ‘Titan Glory’ was last reported on 7th March, when the vessel was about 24 miles from Fort de France, Martinique, making 14 knots on a course of 283 degrees. The vessel’s reported destination was SW Pass, US Gulf.

The ‘Mayfair’ was last reported on 16th February at anchor at Apapa-Lagos. We have no reports that the ship has left that port but are making specific enquiries as to whether the vessel is still reported to be in Nigerian waters.
